The Olympus µ[mju:] Digital Kit
Providing a special combination of stylish and high-performance accessories, the Olympus µ[mju:] Digital Kit is the perfect complement to the µ[mju:] Digital cameras. Besides an elegant black leather case especially designed for these recently-launched models, the kit also contains a 64MB xD-Picture Card, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack, CAMEDIA Master Pro 4.1 software and a booklet full of useful information about digital photography. This µ[mju:] Digital Kit reflects the cameras' winning blend of style and performance. The attractive leather case provides elegant protection of the µ[mju:] Digital camera and also stores memory cards and batteries. It is supplied with a convenient belt attachment.
The 64MB xD-Picture Card gives the user storage space for a large number of photos, depending on their resolution (e.g. approx. 80 photos can be taken with the µ[mju:] 300 Digital in high quality (HQ) mode). This ultra-compact, durable Olympus media permits fast data transfer times and, in addition, supports the panorama function provided by the µ[mju:] Digital models.
With the high-capacity lithium-ion battery LI-10B, the user has an extra power supply on top of the battery and charger provided with each µ[mju:] Digital camera. Therefore, photographers can easily and quickly continue shooting or viewing of pictures when one battery runs out of power.
For editing, managing, archiving and adding further creative touches to digital still images and video sequences, the versatile CAMEDIA Master Pro 4.1 software is also supplied. This pro version incorporates numerous additional functions that let the user create impressive movie presentations with sound effects and MP3 music or produce HTML photo albums with little effort. Thus, even those with no programming knowledge can present their work on the World Wide Web in an online photo gallery.
Written in English, French and German, the well laid-out FAQ booklet on digital photography rounds out this attractive package. With around 150 pages in each language, it provides answers to many frequently asked questions. For example, it covers special digital shooting functions, how to send images by email and show them on a TV screen plus much more. The booklet further contains a convenient A-Z glossary of digital photography terminology.
