Should you wish to send your equipment back to Olympus for repair, please download this repair form and include with your item.
Package to Post Office standards and forward by secure post, (such as Registered Post or Special Delivery) or courier to the following address:

Please ensure that your name and address details are clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Be sure to include proof of purchase details. For this, we can accept copies of either the receipt, or warranty card, assuming it to have been stamped and dated by the retailer. Please note that if we do not have sight of any documentation relating to proof of purchase, we will issue an estimate for the cost of repairs. Finally, before posting, ensure that you have recorded the item’s serial number – invariable located within the battery compartment, and keep it for your own records as a means of tracing the item.
PLEASE NOTE: Should your item be found to be outside the guarantee period, due to its age or invalidation of the warranty terms & conditions, an estimate will be raised for the cost of the repairs. Should this estimate be rejected, an administrative charge of £15 will be made to cover the costs of returning your item without repair. |
