Featuring a 5x zoom lens (equiv. to 36-180mm), the FE-340 gives photographers the freedom to really close in on their subject. Its high-quality optics are supported by an 8.0 Megapixel image sensor for crisp, true-to-life results. This is matched by extreme ease-of-use due to a "one button, one function" design concept.

Various innovative technologies further support the photographer for taking better shots: BrightCapture Technology lends this model excellent night time shooting capabilities, and protecting images against blur is Digital Image Stabilisation. In addition, Face Detection Technology intelligently identifies human faces and adjusts focus and exposure perfectly. Results can be reviewed on the large 6.9cm LCD.

The FE-340 boasts an elegant, ultra-slim metal body. It is available in a choice of four exciting colours: silver, black, blue or pink.
