You can easily update your firmware with the OLYMPUS Master software provided with your camera or with the OLYMPUS Studio software.

Version 1.1, 16th April 2008
- The new version supports movie recording *) on 4 GB and higher microSDHC cards.

- The new version enables camera continuously record movies *) with VGA quality (640 x 480) 30 fps up to the capacity of the card, when using an xD-Picture Card TypeM+ or TypeH.

*) If movies have already been recorded with the current firmware (Version 1.0) on a 4 GB or higher microSDHC card (hereafter referred to as "the card" ), the contents of the card should be backed up to a PC. Then, please format the card using the camera.

!!Attention!!
Please note that formatting cards deletes all data stored on the card, including images and data recorded using other devices.
