Rubén Duro is born in 1963 in Barcelona, where he graduated as a biologist with a major in zoology. He furthered his education with a master in environmental management and has contributed with articles and TV/video reportage on natural history.
Duro published his microscopic photos in National Geographic, El País Semanal, El Semanal, Animales de National Geographic and Bichos. His award-winning documentaries have been broadcasted on TV España, TVE Etorno Films, TVE Tiempo, TV3 & Canal Seasons (Canal Satélite Digital). Furthermore he created many video documentaries as author, director, cameraman and producer.
