Key benefits

'One fits all' compatibility

The EU-ME1 is compatible with almost all Olympus echoendoscopes and miniature probes, allowing access to the full endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) application range.

High-quality ultrasound images

The B-mode offers superb image quality, penetration depth and resolution that, until now, was only possible in state-of-the-art extracorporeal systems.

Compact size allowing a trolley mount

The compact design of the EU-ME1 allows direct mounting onto the endoscopy trolley; a big plus when space is at a premium in the examination room.

Easy handling

'Plug and play' functionality and a clearly-structured keyboard enable users to fully focus on the diagnosis and treatment of the patient.

Colour and Power Doppler

These highly sensitive modes allow visualisation of vascular structures to help characterise suspicious masses and improve the safety of biopsies.

The EU-ME1 combines cutting-edge technology with future-proof compatibility in a compact package. It has been tailor-made for the modern endosonographer and was developed in response to their needs. It combines radial and linear echoendoscopy into one processor as well as integrating electronic and mechanical scanning. Excellent B-mode image quality, and Power and Colour Doppler modes, make this ultrasound centre ideal for procedures in gastroenterology and pulmonology such as EUS-FNA and EBUS-TBNA.

'One fits all' compatibility
The EU-ME1 is compatible with almost all Olympus echoendoscopes, allowing you to access our full EUS range, including radial echoendoscopes, linear echoendoscopes, EBUS and echoendoscopy with our range of miniature probes.

Powerful B-mode imaging
Superbly clear images can be captured in the B-mode, to distinguish tumour invasion depths in different tissue layers, and thus provide accurate TNM staging.

Compact size
All this functionality is crammed into a compact ultrasound system, which can be easily mounted on an existing endoscopy trolley, allowing you to reduce clutter in your endoscopy suite.

Easy handling
This ultrasound centre has ‘plug and play’ capability, to set it up easily and in conjunction with your existing systems. In addition, the intuitively designed keyboard allows you to concentrate solely on your patient and their treatment.

Colour and Power Doppler
With the highly sensitive Power and Colour Doppler modes you can visualise blood flow dynamics, that assist in the safe performance of procedures such as EUS-FNA and EBUS-TBNA.
