New contrasting possibilities
The bases for the VisiLED illumination system are illumination heads with 8 individual controllable segments. Available are illumination heads for transmitted and reflected light, for brightfield as well as for darkfield. The simultaneous use of transmitted and reflected illumination heads gives new contrasting possibilities for transparent specimen.

Optimum contrast just a click away
The VisiLED MC1500 Controller allows the selection of 5 segment modes for the ring light (full-, half-, and quarter circle, as well as two opposing quarter circles and four opposing 1/8 circle segments) plus rotation for optimum contrast settings according to the individual specimens. For easy change over between different custom contrast settings the controller has 4 memory positions. For PC control the controller is equipped with a RS232 interface.

Temperature control of illumination heads for maximum life time
LED’s life time is strongly depending on the temperature. In case LED’s get to warm the degradation process runs much quicker and the life time of the LED’s is reduced dramatically. For this reason all VisiLED controllers are equipped with a temperature control function that automatically switches off the LED’s before any harmful overheating occurs. |
