Project management
The a4i Docu base package is the core application of the a4i Docu product suite. This application is used to manage your projects (eg, testing jobs, examination jobs, etc.), images, documents, and all other types of files. a4i Docu offers sophisticated search and archiving features. The seamless integration of data acquisition, image acquisition, image evaluation and report generation ensures an optimum workflow. a4i Docu can be expanded via intuitively operated, image analysis applications from the a4i® MatIA series wich are especially designed for the materials testing lab. |

Database and data storage
a4i Docu offers convenient, project-oriented management. All images and relevant data are archived in one, central, project directory. Users may define how they wish to have their data stored. High-performance query functions guarantee fast access to project data.

Put it on the network – defineable access privileges
a4i Docu is fully networkable. Access to images and data on the network is managed via user-specific access rights. The extension a4i NetView offers read-only access to images and data via web browser. |

Expandable
a4i Docu can be expanded via intuitively operated, image analysis applications from the a4i MatIA series wich are especially designed for the materials testing lab. Via corresponding interfaces, special solutions are integrated seamlessly with a4i Docu. At the push of a button, images acquired via light microscope, SEM or the macro stand are evaluated according to DIN, EN or ASTM fast, precisely and compliant with the relevant standard. The following extensions are available:
