It includes a sophisticated particle detection engine which allows discriminating and characterising objects using a wide variety of parameters. Thanks to the high degree of integration with virtually all available scanning stages, large sample areas can be scanned and analysed with an extremely high degree or reproducibility.

The Olympus analysis software products analysis Start, analysis Work, analysis Docu and analysis Auto were discontinued November 2009.
As successor, the new lineup of Stream software packages are the perfect solution for todays and tomorrows materials science microscopy applications.
