During endoscopic examinations and treatments, healthcare professionals require exceptional focus to deliver high-quality patient care. By providing clearer visual information and minimizing reflections and glare, Olympus’s new 4K LCD monitors are designed to help clinicians maintain focus on the patient and the procedure rather than on visual distractions.
“The introduction of these new 4K LCD monitors marks an important step in strengthening Olympus’ endoscopy imaging portfolio. Building on our existing OEV monitors, this launch expands available size options and enhances visibility, enabling us to deliver more comprehensive solutions across a wide range of clinical settings,” said Keith Boettiger, Executive Officer and Gastrointestinal Solutions Division Head, Olympus Corporation. “Through this launch, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering innovative technologies that support healthcare professionals and advance endoscopy‑enabled care worldwide.”
In addition to the existing lineup, Olympus is introducing new 4K LCD monitors in 27‑inch, 31.5‑inch, and—for the first time at Olympus—42.5‑inch sizes, featuring a new technical configuration. With this expanding portfolio, Olympus provides a more complete endoscopy imaging chain from scope to monitor, enabling greater flexibility across a wide range of clinical needs and use cases.
Beginning in June 2026, Olympus will introduce the new monitors in Japan, Europe, Canada, and selected markets in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Further market expansion is planned following the completion of applicable regulatory and local market requirements.
