ENDO-AID CADe
The AI[D] in Endoscopy

ENDO-AID CADe is a computer-aided detection application that uses AI to suggest the potential presence of lesions.

An increase in ADR (adenoma detection rate) and therefore an improvement in the prevention of colorectal cancer (CRC) 1 is supported when using CADe during coloscopic procedures. 2

Providing a Safety Net

The visual support provided by ENDO-AID CADe may contribute to the overall improvement of clinical outcomes. 2
The system will provide permanent, non-distracted support, may help to detect difficult-to-catch lesions and aims to accelerate the learning curve.

Fully Integrated into the Endoscopic Workflow

Design

Specifically designed to host and run demanding AI applications

Speed

Almost-real-time response without delays thanks to phenomenal speed

Control

Direct control from the endoscope, the system’s front-panel or the CV-1500 touch-panel

Compatibility

Fully compatible with several EVIS X1, EXERA lll and LUCERA ELITE endoscopes*

*Exceptions might apply in certain regions.

Virtual Detection Support

An intuitive marker on the screen alerts the user to the presence of a potential lesion in real time to allow for a smooth workflow.

Individual Level of Support

ENDO-AID aims to increase the detection of lesions. The system may help to detect flat lesions, lesions in dark areas and lesions at the edge of the image. 2 For higher flexibility, the user can choose between two different detection types, which differ in their sensitivity and specificity.

Match Your Preferences

Two different modes allow for preferred user settings. Findings are either displayed by a marker directly on the endoscopic image or in a subimage.

Combining Strengths

ENDOCUFF VISION™ maximises visualisation by flattening mucosal folds while helping improve control during colonoscopy. 3 This additional mucosa exposure facilitates ENDO-AID CADe detection support, potentially catching even more colonic lesions. Together, they aim to increase ADR and improve the quality of colonoscopy.
